Needed for WINTER!

It’s time to prep your body for winter, to feel energetic and look wonderful!

Citrus Fruits- help you lift up the immune system, help the body fight colds and other sicknesses.

Pomegranate- a rich source of Vitamin C, and important anti-oxidants that help the body fight different infections, and lifts the immune system.

Kiwi- (one of the least calorific fruits!) They are a great source of Vitamin C and E. Kiwis help the digestive system, and are often used in diet procedures. If eaten regularly, Kiwis will help remove toxins from your body.

Cranberry- Lots of fructose. The acids in this berry help defend the body from infections and germs, help fight flews, and lift up the immune system.

Pineapples- Contain a large amount of Vitamins, minerals and also a substance that helps digest the food, and kills bacteria. If a pine apple is eaten after a heavy meal, your body will be guaranteed to feel lighter.
